Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site but by no means a stranger to fitness and health. I have been active in the area for 15 years and strive to constantly challenge my self in training, staying fit and mainting a healthy lifestyle. I used to work in the industry in both Nz and Oz but left to pursue other passions.

One of my goals is to try and help people succeed in thier goals and I hope that this site will give me the opportunity. So if ya want any advice, tips, information or a friend then send me a message and ill do my best to help.

I have also joined this site to see what people are looking for in trainers, information, exercise, health, motivation and nutrition as I am thinking of getting back into the industry.

Hi mate,

First off congrats on losing 30kgs that is awesome and you should be proud of yourself its definately a great start and shows that you already have the required resources, to be able to succeed in reaching your goals. So take a moment to reflect on what you have already accomplished and be proud as there are people out there who struggle to lose even 1kg.

You are not alone when it comes to motivation, motivation is the most important factor in reaching any goal or completeing any task and everyone will have a battle with motivation at least once in thier lifetimes. I have a Bsc in Psych and a post graduate diploma in Sports Psych so can definatley help you with some motivation.

I am no longer in NZ and I now live in Oz, when I was in NZ i studied at Otago University and worked at Les Mills gym and exercise center.

Mate send me a message with more information about your plans and stuff that you stated in ya message, you also said that you work out in ya garage so some information about that would also be helpful. The most important thing I will need you to write is what motivated you in the first place to lose 30kg and why it doesnt motivate you anymore.

Thanks,
Tinadp

I wouldn't say I am new to fitness, My biggest goal is to compete with myself, weither it be to run a mile a little be faster to stay on the stairs 2 more minutes then last time, and to stay in a level to minimize heart risks and diabetes which run in my family.  I struggle greatly with which is th right foods to eat and when I should keep up my cardio or push it more or longer.  And just recently I have added in a 3 split lifting which I am totally lost with.  Any help would be appreciated.

and good luck with all you are working on
