After a few years of "inactivity", I figured it was time to get back in shape. I quit smoking six months ago, and at 37 yo, wanted to be able to keep up with my six year old...I sold my free weight bench and bought one of those "home gyms", also using a dumbell bench/weights and an EZ curl bar. For the first time, I'm also concentrating on Cardio. I have an elliptical and a recumbent (looking to replace the very new recumbent, though b/c my wife can't reach the pedals). I've been at it for about 7 weeks after losing 14 lbs on Weight Watchers (I think a very good plan, by the way) and have kind of hit a wall. I'm very happy with my weight (168 at 5'10") but can't seem to shake the midsection. I'm here to get some advice on my routine and diet. Looking forward to the help from you all and hopefully I can offer some assistance as well...
