Hello all, I was googling around for a free fitness plan and this site caught my eye. Nice layout, this place looks professional so I chose it, I've just registered and am awaiting the first week for my program this monday and I can't ... weight! .. no pun intended.. at the moment I'm just doing some dumbbell weights every 2 or 3 days and not really on a diet or anything. I'm waay too unorganized to get one put together.. plus I'd have no idea what I'm writing about.
