Well first off let me say I am fairly new to freetrainers, been here a few weeks or so and this site seem like a really great place to get all the info a person can need on bodybuilding.
Right now I am getting back into my weight lifting routine and am trying to gain some more size, as of now I am 33 years old 6'2" Tall and 234 pounds. I have been eating a good diet from the suggested one on here as well as working our 5 times a week for 2 hours a day. The only problem I am having right now is I was trying to use the suggested routine from this site but the universal gym I have here at home doesnt have all the necessary machines on it, and was wondering what to do to replace those exercises.
