I am here to say hi! My name is Neil, I am 32 and over weight! I am currently 19 weeks in to a program called simplefit not sure if you may have heard of it (link: www.simplefit.org) it is great as it is as it says pretty simple. You perform sets of pull-ups, push ups and squats at differing levels based on your performance. I have managed to shift about 9kg of weight while gaining more muscle and I am still going. I could nt do a single pull up when I started and now I can do about 5 in a row, not bad going!!

I have joined this site to see what people can suggest for my non simplefit days as cardio to help burn the weight faster while not ruining my recovery!

I will have to see how it goes, but thanks in advance and hope to talk to you all more in the future.
