My story is probably pretty simple. I got married last January and suddenly put on the marriage pounds. Okay, not suddenly, but I've become more lax about my exercise routines and haven't been watching what I've been eating. Unfortunately, I've gained about 20lbs and would like to start losing it.
Stopped running last year, probably due to burn out. NOt I'm slowly getting back on track. I'd like to get fit and lose some fat before I decide to have a child late next year.
