I am trying to GETSEXYNOW... I would like to gain 10 lbs. and increase muscle. Help.. I would like shapely legs and arms and flat abs.. LOL...

I am 31 yrs. old, I live in Houston, TX and with this heat, I sweat off 5lbs. everyday.

Welcome to FT! I'm not an expert on gaining mass, but I would start with your DIET, make sure you get plenty of calories and that it's high in protein and low in fat. Check out the exercise programs on this website, you're able to customize them to fit your goal. Do more weight lifting than cardio and make sure you give your muscle plenty of rest. Read through the forums, there is tons of great information on this site. Good Luck!:big_smile:

Resistance training will give you what you want. Buy an exercise ball do the exercises that come with it, or make a routine right here, and follow a healthy diet. Good Luck and welcome to freetrainers
