Welcome to FT! I'm not an expert on gaining mass, but I would start with your DIET, make sure you get plenty of calories and that it's high in protein and low in fat. Check out the exercise programs on this website, you're able to customize them to fit your goal. Do more weight lifting than cardio and make sure you give your muscle plenty of rest. Resistance training will give you what you want. Buy an exercise ball do the exercises that come with it, or make a routine right here, and follow a healthy diet. Good Luck and welcome to freetrainers
