I just decided to join this thing because I have no idea what I am doing on my own...LOL...But as I was reading the food thing and how much grams everything is, I got really confused...Am I the only one that doesn't know what "tr" means? If anyone can fill me in, let me know...Other than that, I wanted to say good luck to everyone who is trying to better their lives by following this thing :)

Actually if anyone can give an answer. When you open up the nutrition Plan, you will see at the bottom thumbnails for food groups, fruit, breads, etc. When you review the foods it breaks down the cal, carbs, fats, it is under fats that you see the initials tr.

Welcome to the community Crydle.
The "tr" means trace, as in the amount. IE trace of fat.
Good luck to you.
