Just saying hi. I started the FT Weight Loss & Definition Training program today. It's taken a while to get motivated to start exercising again. Work schedule and little time plus mental kept me from doing what was needed.
However, this time is different. Now I schedule my work out during my work day. Now my little PDA reminds me to do the necessary.
