Hi everybody... I'm Helena, and new to this site.
I was wondering if you could help me..
I have danced all my life, and am tall and thin with long legs, but from all the dancing i have done, I have developed huge thigh muscles. I recently injured my knees, so have had to stop dancing, and now I no longer need my muscles for dancing, i really dont want them there!! I was wondering if there was anything i could do to get rid of them.. without loosing the tone in my legs. I don't think its just fat on my thighs, as they are solid!
