Just wanted to say hi. I've had a cruise of the site, it seems really awesome, loads of information. It seems like there is a really great helpful atmosphere here as well.
I have a quick question. I train quite a bit for my athletics, and I recently was given a Pocket PC for my birthday, and I understand that you can download programs which help you with your fitness and diet schedules.
For anyone who has a pocket PC or PDA and has tried the available fitness programs on it, which programs seem to be the best and why?
