hi im new here, dont really know how to use it so if anyone can help me with anything i need to know that would be great. i also want to know what is the best all around traning and excersize i could do to keep me healthy and fit for the sports i play. eg, i play rugby so i need to get stronger thnx :dumbbell: :big_smile:
