New to the site, I'm looking for a boost, I'm stuck in the rutt at the gym and needed some advice. Anyone have any tips for an afternoon boost before I hit the gym I'm feeling...... non-engergic this after noon

Change things up a bit. If you're doing wts today, try doing them in reverse. Or do cardio instead of wts. If you listen to music, try something you haven't listened to for a while. Just keep telling yourself you'll feel better if you Just Do It. One little trick I do when I'm feeling less than energetic is to have coffee before a workout, usually about 15min-30min prior.
Now get off your butt and go to the gym!:big_smile:
