Hi, im Rudolf Ryan and i came across this website when searching for a FREE fitness stuff. Not many free websites there like this one.. Im 146 pounds, stands 5'7 and currently aiming for a six pack and body toning. Im 22 years old and now on a 2 weeks everyone Jogging Routine.

Yup i kinda do biceps, shoulders and push ups.. Im really happy on what my progress is but my real goal is to have a six pack..

I only have 2pcs 6kg dumbels. Is that enough?

Well that six pack will show from a lower BF%: diet is the key.

Hello everyone. I found this website by searching for beginner exercise programs and thought I would give it a try. My goals is to lose 30-40 lbs sensibly and incorporate exercise back into my life. I love the outdoors but was recently diagnosed with lupus and have to stay out of the sun as much as possible to avoid flare ups. :(
