I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I currently live in Minnesota. It gets very cold here and my gym is in a non-heated garage. It's sectioned off in the back with a door and a few heaters in it. So I have a problem during the winter with the temperature being a bit cold while working out. Is it ok to workout like this?:big_smile:
Ever seen rocky? As long as your blood is moving and you're not freezing, then sure. If you hurt from cold then I would definately do something about the current situation.
