Hello everyone, my name is Sarah, and I bet you can guess.. I am new!!
I am 20 years old and I am a pre-kindergarten teacher. I have been living on my own for 2 years now and did great with keeping my weight down. But within the last 6 months I have gaind around 50lbs. I want to get my wieght down and start feeling better. With the wieght that I have gianed I started feeling lazy, and I have no energy. I would love to look better but most of all I want to feel better and be more active. If you have any tips or just words of motivation they would be greatly appreciated!
