Hello everyone my name is DJ and I found this site looking for a workout planner. Today was my first ay at the gym and I feel awesome again. Has been a couple of years since I have worked out like I was in high school....lol and I am only 23. My goals are to slim just a tad but really pack on lean meat. I power lifted in high school and the last time I hit the gym my muscle memory was still working pretty dang good. I am open to tips from any and everyone I really just need something to organize an hour and a half of lactic build-up.
