Just wanting to say hello. My name is Warren. Been at work for five years and have started to put on weight. Don't have much spare time so have decided to do the workout from home. Look forward to seeing how everyone progresses. Lets do this.

I have 2 torn acl as of now. So most of the workout for leg day, i have to adjust. But the goal is weight loss. Low carb diet, little to no sugar also. Gained a lot of weight after the injury now need to lose them for my health as well.
Secondary goal is to have better figure and muscle mass. Going for a lean body, but im gonna get buff i think no matter what i do. 😂
