My name is Cynthia, I am a 44 yr old diabetic looking to improve my health. I was very happy to find this site I hope to continue and add on to my program eventually (smile)

well I am still here just very busy. I was given a nordic trac to use and have incorporated that into my work out routine and I have added a few free weights and bands. I think Im hooked. I really enjoy the way I feel after a work out . Wishing you all the best
