I,too, am new to this site. A friend of mine told me about it and said it is working out great for her. I have added on about 20 pounds since summer and want to trim down before the hot days begin.. Any suggestions for quick toning and weight loss?
Welcome to FT. I use the weight loss & toning exercise program and have lost 3 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips and approximately 3lbs since becoming a member here. Of course, I walk 45 minutes on an average of 5 to 6 days per week also.
