This is karjean and I am new to this forum. I joined LA Fitness a week ago and worked out 3 times last week. I had two personal trainer sessions but am still confused on how to use some of the machines. I need to lose 20-25 lb and tone up. My body fat is 30% which I guess is high. Help!
