I am 21 years old and for the second time have decided to lose weight. I have always been very skinny and wanted to gain weight, but I had my son when I was 18 and while I was pregnant gained 63 pounds. At first the weight came off right away without me doing anything, but then I not only didn't lose weight I started to gain it. Right now I weigh 133 and I am 5'3" tall. My body fat is 32%. I carry all of my weight in my lower body, but I also want toned arms. I hired a trainer last week, but she is not giving me enough. Last time I tried to lose weight I had a trainer friend make up a program for me to follow and I was very satified and challenged, but this trainer is saying that I only need to do 2 days of weights a half an hour each. I am not even sore after my work outs. I plan on changing trainers, but I need to find something else to do in the mean time. Does anyone have any suggestions?
