Hi everyone,
My name's Ani. I am slightly new to the workout business, but I have some knowledge about cardiovascular exercises as I have played soccer for a very long time. What I am lacking in knowledge is more of the strengh and muscle development. Right now I am 17 years old, almost 18. I am 5'11 and around 120 pounds, so tall and skinny. My goal is to reach at least around 160 pounds, but not all fat, but muscle. The other thing to know is that I am vegetarian. I would appreciate any advice on how to start, what exercises to do, a schedule, a diet plan, anything I receive will be of value!
