my name is arleene and i am new to the community! i am both excited and thrilled to be here! ever since i started college i've gained a lot of weight. i went from fab to flabby. my problem is that i am always running around from school to work to my soroity meetings and i rarely have time to cook. so that is why i have been relying on fast food which made me gain a lot of weight and lose all my energy. i have been depressed about it and i hate what i see in the mirroe. but i am tired of sulking and i plan to do something about it! so that's why i am here and i know it may take a while but i feel good just knowing that i took initiative!
Arlene welcome aboard I have just started back into it also. I have not trained since high school when I played football and threw the shot put. Deff quit the fast food! taking initiative is a big part. But when the emotion wears off it's discipline that keeps you going. Good luck to you and keep posting it helps trust me- Mike
