Hi all!! I am trying to get rid of the love handles. I am an active mom. I try to work out at least 3 times a week but since I have turned 30, the motivation has gone away. I would like to get back into the groove and actually see results this time. If anyone has any advice, that would be great!:). Thanks sooo much!

Welcome to freetrainers mommydearst1.
The best advice I can give you is to start exercising and practice good nutrition. There are plenty of exercises programs that work, namely the ones here at freetrainers, and if you are not sure about the eating side of the game, feel free to ask away.
