Hi everyone I found this place doing some research about cardio training. And I found some really good information while reading around and some really good advise. My main interest while doing my research was to find a way to do cardio that focuses more on burning belly fat.
I used to be on shape and have my body very defined with a strong and solid six pack also, probably by last summer. When I got back to college on last fall it was my senior year so I dint have the same time to work on my body or to pay attention to the way my body look. Now I totally lost that figure I used to have and I want to bring it back.
I notice that I build up fat on my belly and belly sides and I'm trying to get rid of that.
Mostly by doing cardio and once I have lose that fat I will get into lifting weight again.
Some one let me know If I'm doing this in the right way or not please.

Its great that your trying to get into shape again.
Personally, I say if you are trying to get your body into great shape don't wait on the weight training. Weight training can be a great way to burn calories and get into shape, coupled with cardio and a good diet and you will be in shape and have your six pack back in no time.
