Hey there! I'm Nate. :) I graduated high school a few years ago and am now in college. And I'm sad to say, I've let my body slip. I used to be active in baseball and cross country running, and lots and lots of football, skateboarding, snowboarding, and a bunch of other sports outside of school. I currently have the college boy "beer gut". Many people say its not bad, but hey, I want my baseball body back!

my dilemma is pretty much getting the motivation to go to the gym, and... if i do have to diet, which i should.... i need to find some kind of plan that a college guy can use, cuz im broke. let me know if you have any tips, tricks, or whatever!

thanks

Welcome to FT Nate. Your only true motivation is going to come from inside you and the determination to want to get back into shape, but there are many people here who can help support you in that.

Check out the Specific Diets & Nutrition Forum there are tons of different recipes there that don't cost much that can help you in dieting.

Good luck!
