Hello everyone.. I saw the site by doing a weight loss and excersie search.. I am 28yrs old and looking forward to my new goals.. I currently weigh 163 and wanna get down to 120.. Im 5'2 so its important for me to stay healthy and fit... Due to the fact that over weight runs in my family.. I am really excited about starting my exercises on Monday and look forward to sharing my experience with u all... Does anyone have any good ideas for some good dinner meals... I seem to get stuck with deciding on what kinds of food are the best... Its a pleasure to be here and hope to get to meet some nice people..
