I am trying to get fit again. Havelimitations on my left side which cause me to change how I lift. My biggest difficulty is motivatiood.on and ollow through. I have a gym I go to but have found out theres a new Planet Muscle 1 minute from my house. I think a chabe will be good. Any suggesstions would help.
