i am a 21 yr old male and i weigh between 210 and 220 lbs and im here to see if i can get some help on losing the excess in my tummy ... not really interested ina 6-pak ... just want a decent looking tummy and then i want to develop my biceps, deltoids and triceps. i recently started liftuing free weights ... any advice is welcome. thanks

And FT programs are definitely a great way to start, usually when we first start out we don't really know how to create a workout routine for ourselves, FT takes the guesswork out of it. And don't forget that nutrition is very very important.
