Hi everyone! I love this site!
My name is Leslielee and I have been exercising for the last
2 1/2 months. I started by just dancing in front of the TV. (don't laugh) Now I am using one of those step things (SMILE) and lifting 5lb weights for about 45 min. Then I am switching to 10 lb weights for another 10 to 12 min. (during this time I am still using the stepper and doing other cardio movements.
I have been doing this at least 6 times a week. Mostly at night.

I lost my parent November 24,2002 in a private plane crash. If that wasn't bad enough, my brother died this last October. We still don't know why. He was thin, lifted weights and ran at least 4 times a week. Scary huh? I think that you can safely say that I have had a really bad couple of years.

I am finding that working out is helping me feel better and look better.

I am very grateful to have this site to learn so much about from all of you experts!

Thanks
Carivan

Born and bred in the Tarheel state although I hate UNC. They whine and cry too much when they aren't national basketball champs. I've lived a lot of places

Well, you live in a cool state...Vacationed there quite often....Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Burlington, and Ashville...I guess I will mention Cherokee, but never plan to drive through there again...Police Officers are not nice!

Yeah and they will hit you in the head with a bible if you aren't careful.

I'm one carivan. Never would have made it this long if I wasn't. You can tell by looking at me that God has a sense of humor

After seeing the likes of a Bulldog; I knew God had a sense of humor...By the way; Lake Junaluski is beautiful...Charlotte, NC- you a Nascar fan charlie?

carivan; tried to send you some cookies, but got held up at the border; don't think they will make it...

Naascar isn't high on my list but it is a very big and good presence here. The NC mountains are indeed a beautiful thing but I saw the mountains out west last year. I rode around with my mouth hangin open like "country come to town" for two weels.

Dang! I didn't know you were that close to the thing...Fearless charlie; was your wife going nuts?
2003/12/17, 10:49 AM
Hell, she was the one taking the picture.I was sitting behind her. She wanted to pat him on his cute enormous head. I don't know if it was flippin him the bird or staring him down while showing teeth that pissed him off but Elaine sure looked funny telling me we probably should go
