Hi everyone,
Love the site so far and I've only been a member for a few hours. I printed out my weekly exercise plan and the calorie counter info. This is it! I have to do something and now is the time. I am 28. Soon to hit the big Three O :) I am 5'3" and 198lbs. Or I was 198 a few months ago. I feel like I am more then that now. I am trying to get back down to 135lbs like I was 1 1/2 years ago. I used to go to the gym three times a week. I had a favorite, "abs class" as I called it. I was very happy with my size after a few months in that class. Needless to say, I moved out of state, so I quit going to the gym. Went through a divorce and pretty messy custody stuff. We now share the kids each week for any who want to know. Ah...I started working a demanding job and eating on the go. I have become a compulsive eater and that will be my biggest problem to overcome. I'm not going to say I try dieting because I don't. I'm not sure how to motivate myself to start. Not being able to get up off the couch without struggle was a wake up call. I guess I'm just looking for some friendly support :) Thanks for listening!
