My name is Kellie and I have just found this site and joined up. I have been working out for about a year now but not having much luck sticking to it! I have just started getting back into it after Christmas and hoping to do some real damage :angry: this year. I am current 73kg/160lb and I'm sick of it! Would love to get down to 60kg.
I'm a little confused with the nutritional plan, I only seem to be eating half of the suggested intake. Certainly not going hungry and don't really want to eat more. Anybody have the same problem or any thoughts on this?

Hi there. I just signed up on Monday and hoping this works. I joined a gym a year ago and never saw any changes, so thought i'd mix it up with new exercises from this sight.
I am married to a New Zealander from Whangarei, Northland. Where are you from? I have been to New Zealand four times and twice to Austraila.
With the nutrtional plan I would suggest eating more smaller meals throughout the day...say 5 to 6 meals a day. Each meal can have a fruit or vegetable and a protein. Or make a protein shake for a meal. I know I am falling behind on my protein, but I seem to be around the target amount of calaries each day.
