Hi,

I guess my profile thingy says it all... found this site from google and WOW. It's great.

My goals are to get even close to the shape I was in when i was 20. Used to train karate at a very high level of intensity and I really miss it.

I'm going to the gym 4 times a week, karate every morning in the basement, and 3 hours Sat, 3 hours Sunday.

Woot.
