Hello everyone! I am a Panamanian boy, 19 y.o student of Environmental Engineering. I am very glad to come together with such a nice community :) I haven't started your plan yet, (I start Monday) but I feel with a bunch of energy to keep up and be serious about it.

I started doing excercise when I was 183 lbs. I dropped 15 lbs and now I'm on 168. But I cannot see much improvement.
I'm hoping that with this workout plan and with a light diet, I will be able to fulfill my goals, and keep you guys aware of it :) Thank you for helping me.

As you can see i have a lot of belly fat, so thats whats mainly holding me back more intensively. Hopefully it will be gone :) A pleasure being here!!

Welcome to freetrainers. According to your goal, you must work really hard with your diet. You have to be 100% on board.
