Hello,

I am new here. Been training about 3 months. Desperately trying to get my squatting and deadlifting form sorted out. Nearly there but I need to make some final tweaks!!!

I have read Stuart McRoberts books, and most of the articles on naturalstrength.com

I am just looking to learn more and maybe help offer some advice.
