Just completed my "first" session last night. Kinda sore right now, but from what i hear the 2 day is the worst. :(
3 quick questions for the veterans here...
1. When doing my target reps i was trying to input the completed reps. I am doing a home workout meaning i do not have weights at the moment, plus i don't want to overdo it. So do i put in a 0 for the input weights?
2. How long should i break in between reps? I know i don't want to wait till i "cool down", but toward the end, i was struggling ( i know, i'm out of shape but i did get my target reps. Yea for me ;) )
3. How long does it take for the database to start showing results that i can view?
