So I'm new to this site and I'm just figuring out everything. One question: What do I do when the food item is not in the search list?
Other then that, I'm really excited to be here and I'm hoping to lose 3 lbs. each week! I'm currently 17, 5'5" and 134 lbs. I try to stick to diets but they just don't work. I think if there's a lot of people then I could compete to feel motivated, you know? I really want to shed my extra fat. I hate what I look like now.
