Hello! I am new here and looking for some support on losing weight, I am 31 and have been stuggling for awhile. I have 3 kids and after having babies I just can't seem to loose the weight. I have blood clotting problems and had a pulmory embolism in 2001. I am 257 at the moment and would like to loose 100lbs. I am looking forward to being here and getting help on losing weight!
I am 39 with three girls and have struggled my whole life with weight. I would try South Beach for your diet and as far as exercise check with your doctor first before starting the exercise program as you have the health issues. I lost 26 lbs. since August with diet and exercise. My guess is start out slow, light aerobics and some weight training I use 2.5 lb ankle and wrist weights and believe me they are enough right now. I also started at 250 and are 224 now. It is very slow, but I don't care I have never felt better. Sign up for the exercise routine without machines or weights on this site it is a great start.
