Hello. My name is Justin and I live in Iowa. I am a 25 year old insurance prof. who spends most of his day sitting at a desk. My prof pictures are about 3 years old and I want to get back to that weight again. I need to lose about 55lbs and really need some advice and support! I am addicted to fast food and really need some help and advice for getting this life change started! I am getting a gym membership for me and my fiance today and plan on starting to eat better!
The diet is definitely what's killing you here. Diet is the #1 pass/fail in fitness by a huge margin. The holidays are particularly notorious as well(believe me, even I fell victim over the past couple of weeks). You're just gonna have to find a way to slowly start cutting out the junk and replacing it with healthier options.
Yeah deffinetly! Problem is I have a little one at home so there is always some sort of junk food around! What would you say are some good starter meals that are healthy and still have good flavor?
