I am and have been reinstated back into the Canadian Military as aInfantry Soldier <Sniper> And i am looking to drop 20 to 25 lbs maybe more in time but in a 2 month period.. It may not be till january before my BTOC starts so i might have a little while but the soonest is October..
I sititng at aprox: 230lbs i am 5-11 inches i have a muslular build on my upper body . but my main goal is to drop myself down close to 190 195ish that will help me out much better when training starts..
I problem i having right now is due to not a big runner i have some chin problems splints but nothing serious it can be over come just over time right now
I am right now riding my mountain bike aprox:10 miles a day. and alternating it 10 mile 5 mile 10 mile and so on in between Monday i will be into the gym bein gin a small town there not much of a gym so but ther is univeral bench press free weight etc tred mill bike..
I am out walking everyday but as of tomorrow i will be walking with my Boots on to get use to the boots. on long distance walks.. i will then gradually jog, a little till i get dore then walk and alternat jogging and walking through my walk till i can jog longer each time.. till i can strengthen my chins etc..
So any help would be great.. i have looked through the progam stuff . but i rather talk to someone here that may be in the Armed Forces themself that can also help me with some tactics on getting my goal down as fast as possible but safly.. you already know my goal and my time fram. any help would be totally apreciated. i am watching my food intake.. i have figured i need around at my weight aprox: 2800 calaries t omaintaine my weight to i was thinking
Droping 500 calaries in my food intake but u[p my cardio so i burn about 500 calories to 1k calories a day makeint it close to 1500 calaries but leaving it enough calories intake to get my need protiens etc..
