Howdy all! I just signed up here, as I need all the help I can get.

I'm still trying to figure my way around the site and determine the most effective way to use it, but I do already have a question.

Do any of the fitness programs incorporate cardiovascular workouts? I haven't been able to find any, but it seems like I must just be missing something.

I hope this site proves to be the motivation I need to accomplish my goals. I'm really looking forward to getting started!

The site focuses on resistance training, but if you look at the workout program it specifies to do cardio (usually on an off day). Do a search on HIIT which is an awesome way to get in a high quality cardio with less time. Welcome to FT!
