I am new here. I was looking for a site that I could advance in my workouts and nutrition plan to lose more weight. I have already lost 200 pounds over 6 year period. Now I am stuck and seems like I fight to just keep the pounds off. Unfortunly I have gain back about 80 pounds and I am looking for Modivation to continue trying to lose and someone or something that will help me do this.
