well they whey is to help build muscle not gain weight. The gnc vitamins are a rip off you can go to walmart or vitamin world and get the same thing alot cheaper. Glutamine is also used to help build muscle. Why do you want to gain weight? Muscle weight will come with hard work fat is easy to put on lol. Trust me to much weight sucks I weigh 377! I am not shure about the cell tech stuff but I am shure that soem one will be able to give there 2 cents on that one. Good luck and welcome aboard! and if ever you need help keep posting we are all here for you!! - Mike

vicximus, you don't say how old you are. It really helps folks here to help you if you take a minute and fill out your profile. As far as advice goes, one size doesn't fit all. The supplements may or may not help and will definitly separate you from your money. Eating large amounts of the right foods and proper exercise will work.

You wanna gain weight? Simple...eat more! You'll need to eat 5-7 meals per day, with a good amount of protein in each meal. The weight gainer may help, but the Cell-Tech, whey protein and glutamine will only help you recover from your workouts. I can't tell what your gender is (fill out your profile and fill out the gender box). Anyway, you'll want to create a caloric excess. That means consuming 3,500+ calories per day. Whether or not you're a hardgainer or have been skinny all your life, if you put this many calories in your body daily, you will gain weight!
