Hello, Im 14 and got some issues. I weigh 161 pounds right now and i am 5'foot 5. I also wrestle for my high school. The season does not begin i think october, or a little bit before football is over, and i want to lose weight and fat. How would i do this, and what suppliments would help me. My goal weight is 140 pounds.
You don't need supplements as you are still young. I would suggest plyometric exercises as well as endurance training to help you lose the weight...that and a good, healthy diet!
