Hey Everyone! I just wanted to say hi. I'm 21 year old college student. My main goal is to of course lose extra body fat and to tone up. I really want to drop about 15 lbs...I've already dropped 2 in the past week. I've been doing atleast 30 mins (sometimes 45) on the elliptical interval setting and also lifting. Overall I've lost a lot of weight, but these last 15 or so pounds are frustrating. Anyway, just thought I'd say hi...from what I've read so far everyone has some really helpful tips!
