Hey Everyone! I just wanted to say hi. I'm 21 year old college student. My main goal is to of course lose extra body fat and to tone up. I really want to drop about 15 lbs...I've already dropped 2 in the past week. I've been doing atleast 30 mins (sometimes 45) on the elliptical interval setting and also lifting. Overall I've lost a lot of weight, but these last 15 or so pounds are frustrating. Anyway, just thought I'd say hi...from what I've read so far everyone has some really helpful tips! Talk to ya'll later...
