Hello im around 300 pounds and im 6,1 i dont look like i'm 300lbs but i am, i want to run in the mouring but am embarased to do it cause i think i would look dumb doing it like what people whould think, can somone tell me a workout i can do in my room before work that would be a good workout i hate being so big! thank you all god bless

Try signing up for one of the home-based workout routines here at FTs; that would be a great place to start. And don't ever feel embarassed about how you look or how you train - we all have to start somewhere, and the key is that you are going to start making a positive difference in your life!
