welcome zach13 and shapelyldy to FT... these guys are GREAT!!!.. i joined here 2 months ago.. and with their help and hardwork.. i've GAINED a LOT... lost 3 inches around my waist and build pretty good muscles... most of all.. i feel GREAT within me.. so help ur self around.. if any question.. give a search at fit buddy at the bottom.. if u can't get something then ask.. they don't mind helping.. thats my experience

Welcome to FT Shapelylady and Zach. As for motiviation and hints, use this site like Carivan and dominator mention to. It helps accountability. Both Ron BB1Fit and Carivan are moderators, and all the moderators here have been doing this for years, and they are great sources of quality information. Don't be afraid to ask, and also do some research on your own with the search tool. You really get more out of it if you do the research than have someone spoon feed it to you. Be bold and take charge of your fitness and nutrition goals, it's important to have that confidence in yourself. You can do it. You did what I did, you made a decision, and now this is following through. It will change my life forever in a positive way, I hope it does the same for you. Good luck!
