Well what can i tell you....I have not worked out in 12 years. I just got a full gym in my house to get started. My first work out was yesteday and im not all that sore. I want to gain about 40 pounds in the next 3 or 4 months maybe more. I have never tryed to do this before. Im about 6'1" 170# im not over weight or really small but i just feel like i could do much better. I have been thinking about doing this for a long time.. I really have no idea how to eat 4900 cals a day can anyone help me with that?
Hello jdh, welcome to FT, the key to gaining weight is 5-6 small meals per day. Supplementation with protein, multivitamins, amino acids, won't hurt either. Basically eat, eat, eat, and you can acomplish some gains.
