i need help on how to reach my fitness goals. half there on weight loss, but in spite of long hours at the gym, my jiggly butt and thighs are getting thinner, but no less jiggly. i've got the great muscle line thing going on now, but my thighs are disgusting nonetheless. i've been training hard. i need to train smarter. any tips, plans, etc. greatly appreciated. :love:
